Rogerwilco For anyone still having this issue. Yes the USB socket is poorly positioned (not installed upside down) making it almost impossible to plug the cable in. I had to trim away part of the USB plug to make it thinner and even then it was a tight fit. Do not try a USB C cable, that isn't the problem.

Q: You say this is 30W but the item pictures show it's only 20W. Why?

Rogerwilco From a review I saw I think for USB charging this works like a portable battery bank, so you need to remove the 12v external power plug and the USB port will then power on from the Li-Ion cell(s) you have inserted. It's not a replacement for a regular USB charger.
Rogerwilco That didn't work for me. Mine seemed to work as follows. 3 wire connector on a8 starting with black wire on the outer pin and then the 2 wire connector on the signal pins with blue on a7 and green on a6. However I've never heard a sound from the buzzer.

Rogerwilco Yes it does, but mine didn't work properly until I changed to a thicker oil.
