bakri_zein you need to check few points 1- is your camera is connect and powered 2- try to use different video source on the Camera RCA connector 3- usually, the backup wire should be connected to 12V only when the car in reverse mode. So make sure that the camera power wire and the backup wire on the unit are linked to 12V only in reverse mode
