jthomas953 It is operable and functions well..We have yet to use it, therefore and for now, we are not able to answer as yet. Do bare with us! and the price is incorrect, the price showing is for the microphone only.

It looks exactly as is ordered upon arrival. I have yet to test it out with my DSLR Camera, reason for giving the quality a 4 star...Should it meet my expectations, I'll amend quality rating to a 5 star..

for the price you cant beat it! I've been using bode mic from friend but this boya one is cheaper and better! Plus the dead cat wind protecter is awesome works amazing!

Okay! so this order arrived a week earlier than expected, great!!! it was tracked delivery by Royal Mail, i like that...So the packaging was in tact, upon opening, the box was in tact, just a few creases around the edging of the box, it should have more padding for added protection, however, nothing was damaged and upon openinbg the box, everything as stated was included and all sealed. It is a nice hand held device, great visuals and visibility. I can say there was no great problem in setting it up, it turned on once activated and you just need to set up wifi connection and have a password, that simple, go through the settings and make changes to your requirement. The only thing i am finding a little unsure, is the AL Assistance, not certain if it's Chinese only (mandarin) as it staes when activated, or it speaks the desired language that i have chosen and set up. however, some words pronounced may not be picked up so easily when using input translation and or language learning, you may have to repeat yourself and speak slowly, also clearly. Overall, i like it and i am already using it just to understand how it functions and be ready to use it to the max when on vacation..

jthomas953 It is a Boeleo product as i've just purchased. it does not have the logo, it has the serial number, the MEI number on the back, therefore it is a genuine product
