Q: What is the input range on this? If I input 12V does it supply 5V and 3.3V? Does it have one 5V regulator and a 3.3V regulator or is it just a passthrough at the 5V rail?

BobWet The silk screen on the back of the board says the input voltage range is 6 VDC to 12 VDC.

Q: LEDs should have 2 pins but this board has three pins on each led. Should I connect the Black and Yellow pins, or the Black and Red pins to connect to arduino?

sigenpn Las lineas negras son todas GND. Las líneas rojas son todas +Vcc. Las líneas amarillas sí corresponden a las señales provenientes del Arduino. Espero te ayude mi respuesta. Saludos
