Well honestly, it is really small. It's not 120watt. On my digital power supply, it consumed around 8 Amps max at 12v which is 96 Watts only. So this is a 100 watt heater and the airflow is OK. Not that powerful but OK bmfor my needs. I bought it for my 3D printer enclosure to maintain a steady 45 deg in the filament chamber and it is just perfect for that. For the price, it's not bad.
