I ordered this product to cut my Golden Retrievers coat, she gets very hot during summer and pants all the time. Have used a regular pair of cutters in the past and it took me a a couple of hours to cut her fur. This product enabled me to cut her fur in 20 minutes, it's great. Has a variable speed button to make cutting easy through thicker fur. It came with the NZ plug adapter. it is light and easy to use, comes with different size heads to longer or shorter cut, also a replacement blade and a carry case. Product doesn't get hot to the touch , make excessive noise and doesn't pull hair so dog is happy to sit and cut coat. great buy
