The charger does not provide continuous charging voltage. The blue LED blinks to confirm this. This happens even in bright sunlight. I may ask the seller to confirm why this? However it has charged my Battery Bank. But I am afraid to connect my phone directly to the solar charger as it may damage it due to frequent ON and OFF after every three seconds.
