First diffuser arrived broken to pieces. Probably extra staff for Christmas period without experience just throw it in plastic bag. It was easy to provide picture and explain problem in BG Order tracking system. However confusing was that I had no answer or info about quick resend. This time after some time on digging in system I found just changed postage date on original order. Second time arrived as expected - well packed - good familiar white foam and box. This was the standard well packed BG parcel. Thank You

almost a piece of art ,very nicely designed and built ,it works well to ! the only drawback i can see is that you can get very dizzy if you watch it too long!

The diffuser took the full amount of time to be shipped, and it didn't have the suction cups pictured. I'm not going to be able use it unless I wait another full month for the suctions cups. This will be my last order from banggood. Mistakes will take too long to fix.

Very deceptive. I would gladly have paid the extra $1, but I can't afford another month of postponing setup. Improve your marketing, or improve your descriptions to to state "not included".
