Q: i can hover but as soon as i push a little more throttle i get a roll of death / motor dsync thing. Anyone know a solution for that ?

Rahlst you are putting all the blame on the ESC, when it's only one part of a larger system. Those that are having a problem, have you tried the ESC with different motors? There are thousands of videos on Blheli_s settings, and dealing with desync.......
