Don Edited to add that a couple of screws holding the Z-Axis stepper motor fell off while the router was running a program and ruined the piece and snapped the tool because the machine was unable to lift the tool out of a groove that it had made. The Z-Axis stepper motor and spindle motor come pre-assembled in the box. Make sure all the screws are tight before assembling it to the rest of the machine.

Fast delivery - 8 days to Toronto, Canada! Unfortunately I had to pay $18 UPS fee + Taxes + Customs Duty = $80 upon arrival. Not blaming Banggood, that's just the way it is, but $80 fees for a $270 item is painful. In any case, the router arrived safely, all pieces in the box, none damaged. It took a few hours to get it assembled (with Youtube video help - the "manual" is pretty much useless)
