BG981535154 Havethe same concernt, although you could make your own make on the main scale to calibrate the system the same was like you do with the woodpeckers version. For the lacking scale on the side, couldn6t you try to apply the Wnew Metal scale available here that is used for the miter gauge stops ? It has adhesive on the backsidie, maybe worth a try.

BG981535154 To use this router fence as a jointer was an idea I had too. Can‘t you take feeler-gauges for adjusting valve play in 1mm thickness and put them behind the left fence before loosening the tightening bolts ? Can you take a photo how the fence looks with the left part taken off?
