Happy with the customer service. I got the replacement product. However It's not working with AV cable, too much lagging with starting screen to app screen open. Every screen I need to switch off and on remote to move next screen. I checked with my friend led TV with HDMI CABLE. IT WORKS SUPER AMAZON Prime video, you tube works well. Av port is not working fine

It works fine with hdmi cable for LCD or led TV on my friend TV. I will give 5 star. However I have only CRT TV connect with av cable too much lagging screen by screen and you tube not loading screen doesn't arrive. I think I need to bought hdmi to av converter again to use this.

Q: i used this box for CRT tv. For every app opening i need to off the box and on by remote. then only it's shows the app screen. if not screen get stuck. anyone facing this kind of issues. please help me

Billber why don't you just contact the customer service. I think there may be a problem with the firmware
