BG181381621 If you are using a standard USB-RS232 cable, with a male Sub-D9, you need to connect a simple SUB-D 9 felamle-to-female gender changer (no nul-modem cable, as it might be expected) If the software is installed and running, klick on the gear wheel symbol, select the -com port- the USB-RS232 Adapter is emulating. That's it in a nutshell.

BG181381621 Isthere a 3 digit dip swith on the upper small PCB mounted? IF this switch doesn't exist, the antenna cant work as expected. If you want to use it in a fix configuration, just solder in the bridges you require, than the antenna is expected to work as planned.
