mruknowwho I ordered 3 items, one was a free gift from Banggood - a gas mask. When I ordered, all 3 items were in stock. Banggood did not ship my items past the expected shipping dates. When I contacted Banggood, I had lost the free gift because it became out of stock. Banggood claimed that the delays were due to Covid. Instead of giving me an equivalent free gift or expediting the shipping of my remainder 2 items, Banggood ask me to pay for express shipping for the remainder 2 items. What lousy service. Your fault, not mine, rubbish compensation that is not equivalent to my loss. Also, Banggood estimated shipping is rubbish - estimates shorter times than competitors but in actual fact worse than competitors. Prices are also much higher. Only thing I can thank Banggood for is that it pushed me to using other online competitors! Nothing done to make me continue to use Banggod.

BG034438381 Hello, how did you take it apart? I can see the screws at the back, but it looks like the main body is still held together by the two circular sides/caps. How did you take the caps off? Pull it off or does it unscrew? My two units stopped charging after first charge. Thanks.
