Glitter It is Omnibus F3 with OSD. Betaflight_3.1.7_Omnibus firmware.

bintje thevtx itself takes 7 - 24v - you can power it straight from battery power if you want so the vtx can output regulated and filtered 5v for your camera. to sum it up: 24v is input voltage to power the vtx 5v is output voltage to power your camera
