BG573231491 I am sure it could be used to tune a duplexer within it's advertised range. Supposedly it can display -120db, if this wouldn't be enough, I doubt it, one can place an attenuator between dut and input, which is recommended anyway. If your duplexer is working within either HAM band e.g. 2m or 70m it will span the range. How accurate, is an open question. For coarse tuning, it should work fine. Perhaps even sufficiently. If the NanoVNA can only display the notch up to -65dB, perhaps a 30dB attenuator can extent it to -95dB, although the NanoVNA has a different input circuit than a Spectrum analyzer, that can produce surprises.
