Q: BEWARE of Banggod. Poor customer service with no regard to customer satisfaction. This product is poorly designed with poor suspension damper. It is a lot stiffer on one side due to the Thrust Rod. Not a quality, but a design issue. Definitely QUALITY issue with Banggod customer service.
