BG457116193 Installed today. After couple of switches on remote button it went wrong on the first day. Green cable is properly connected into Data plug but only the first 1/3rd of the led strip is on and that is always white. When I connect to Clock plug all leds are on but at random. Cannot be controlled. Led strip appears ok but controller is gone.
Q: Please suggest a 4pin remote controller that works with it.

Johannes Van Roest Dahl The red and white wires are for the +5V and GND. If you're using a long LED strip it's advised to power it in both ends. That's why there are the 2 extra wires.
