Adolfo After a month of using the UMIDIGI A11 PRO MAX GLOBAL I have to say that I am very disappointed that the ON/OFF button on the side is not working. I am able to turn it ON easily by using the finger print recognition but I cannot turn it OFF and have to let the image expire after the time it is set in the settings. Any suggestions to fix the button? Can Banggood correct it? -- For that reason I CANNOT RECOMMEND this smartphone. I had, and still have, a Xiaomi smartphone that has worked perfectly for 3 years. Thanks for your attention to this issue.
