Q: I’m wanting to flash Sonoff basic to put tasmota firmware on it. Is this what I need? Does it come with anything else I’d need for the job?

AlanE Yes, it works just fine. I used it for exactly that on the same model Sonoff. Make sure the jumper is in 3.3v not 5v. I used esptool to flash the bin.

these worked really well for about 4 hours. then the cheap 5v power supply I was using, also purchased from BG, failed and sent wicked volts to the 5v coils. they smelled a lot like brand new bandaids before they fried and quit. since they were so cheap, no great loss. I would buy these again. in fact, I kind of have to ;)

These look alright. The case was a smooth simulated leather pouch. I was stumped for about 10 seconds on how to remove the bits from the pouch until I saw the wider opening near the top of each 'hook".

Jefe, I have a plethora of prototyping boards. All for a decent price. They shipped this right away and arrived in good time. They were wrapped with tape so they didn't spill all over my floor when I dropped them. :-)

I didn't have any problems plugging this in and using it. Windows 10 installed a driver for it. I have Virtual Audio Cable set up to output cable 2 to this sound device. Works a treat! Only issue is a consistent blinking red LED. Putting this in a small 3D printed case should help.

Most of the connectors today are not made for these but I still do a lot of work on cars and older computers with molex connectors. These little pin removers work a treat. Great value for something that used to be a pain.

This box was made for the Sonoff Basic/RF/Dual/Pow. I used it for the Sonoff Basic. The Sonoff basic fit great in this box when there were no wires connected to it but when I attached the wires, it was a real tight fit. I did managed to get it all in there and secured. It currently is being used to turn on the Christmas lights on a schedule from Amazon's Alexa. I bought a second one to place another Sonoff Basic in to control my lamp post outside. Previous home owner had it hard wired to always be on. WTH? Anyway, this will allow me to turn on/off the lamp post from Echo and on a schedule too. Would definitely buy this again.

I was surprised at all the features of this little watch. My wife has a Fitbit and it doesn't even sync half the time. This watch syncs perfectly every time. I don't know what other health apps it can interface with but the one it has seems to be ok. Great value for all the features.

I can't get enough of these little things. They are perfect right out of the box but I understand these can be flashed with different firmware. Going to experiment with that soon. I bought a couple of these to control lights through Echo. I have one wired into a Sonoff waterproof case to control Christmas lights. Works a treat. Will continue to buy these since the price is extremely cheap.
