Hi I just received the T-bao touch with battery portable monitor. I noticed the screen has one dead pixel, don't know what to do about that now. But the product is otherwise decent for the price. It won't come in any sealed box, but I think that is how the manufacturer ships it. At first I had an issue with the touch on my Dell XPS 15 touchscreen laptop - when I touched the screen on the T-bao monitor, the response of the touch would appear on my laptop screen instead of the T-bao monitor. Then I read online that this issue is because the windows recognizes the touch being already enabled on the Dell XPS and is therefore confused for some reason, so all I did was changed the display settings to duplicate instead of extend and back to extend and it got fixed on its own. Thanks!
