I do not recommend the 10x4" prop because it is excessive and requires too much power (@ 12.6 V > 17.5A > 220W > and a thrust of 750g). The motor cooling is still sufficient with the internal installation. With this glider you will not run the motor at full speed all the time. Besides, the mounting in front of the fuselage would have required a disassembly of the motor rotor an stator, since with the motor provided in this kit, the motor shaft was fixed to the stator. With the internal mounting the motor housing (stator with the magnets) rotates inside the fuselage, whilst the rotor with the electromagnets is stationary. Ver mais
